The Jail Sequence and Other Updates

It’s quieted down a bit here at Two-Headed Cop headquarters since the hectic flurry of Comic-Con and the subsequent (and sadly failed) Kickstarter campaign. I took a much needed vacation, both physically from Los Angeles and mentally from the project.

As we ramp back up, the first order of business was to put some finishing touches on the JAIL sequence, and I’m excited to present it here in its entirety:

Now, when I say “finishing touches”, I’m being a bit disingenuous. The voices in this sequence are temp, as is the music and the rest of the sound. There will also likely be slight changes to the look of the film, as we learned a lot during this process and want those lessons reflected in the entire film. (Which was a big reason for getting this sequence pushed through.)

Having said all that, I’m already really excited about how well the sequence plays, and I’m very happy with what we’ve already accomplished.

In terms of the overall production, we’ll be finishing the last few story sequences over the next month or so, and then we’ll be putting more sequences into layout, and more models into rigging.

There should be some more announcements and other cool stuff coming down the pike, so keep us dialed in.

Abondanza!
